5. What is a Lead?

6. What are Batch Leads?
When leads are submitted to LinkMo, they are stored until the owner or a buyer of the leads comes to LinkMo and downloads the leads as a file “batch”. Batch leads are less expensive than Real-Time Leads because clients/customers must login to the Download Area to get their leads in batches.

7. What are Real-Time Leads?
Real-Time leads are accumulated and stored in LinkMo just like Batch leads, however, they are automatically relayed to another 3rd party processing center that you specify.  Imagine, you have the ability to provide product leads to your customers before the lead is even two seconds old.

Real-Time leads increase your conversion rates dramatically thus making your leads more valuable and profitable. Real-Time leads generally have a higher Cost Per Lead than Batch Leads but no more than a few extra cents per lead.

8. What is Cost Per Lead?
The Cost Per Lead is the amount paid for each lead accepted and stored in LinkMo.  The higher the volume, the less you pay for each individual lead.  The Cost Per Lead in your desired plan should be balanced with your ability to provide enough lead volume to exceed your Minimum Monthly payment.

9. What is Minimum Transactions?
These are the minimum number of transactions you will be charged for in a given month. If you plan on sending a low volume of leads through LinkMo, choose a plan with low to no Minimum Transactions. If you plan on sending a higher volume of leads through LinkMo, choose a plan with higher Minimum Transactions so that you can benefit from a reduced Cost Per Lead price. Simply put, each calendar month you only pay your accumulated Cost Per Lead or the Minimum Transactions fee, whichever is greater.

Example:

If you sign up under the Silver Plan, you would then have 1,500 Minimum Transactions which equals a minimum payment of $225.00, (1500 X .15).  If you send 700 Batch leads through LinkMo in January, you pay the Minimum Transactions fee of $225.00 because 700 is less then 1,500.

However, if you send 2000 Batch leads through LinkMo in January then you only pay your accumulated Cost Per Lead of $300.00 (2000 X .15), because 2000 is greater then 1,500 Minimum Transactions.

LinkMo allows you to upgrade to a higher volume plan at anytime, letting you take advantage of a cheaper Cost Per Lead as your lead volume increases.

10. What is Pay-for-Performance?
